The Electrical Apprenticeship is a 4-year program that incorporates classroom instruction with hands on training. Electrical Apprentices attend classes virtually and receive on the job training alongside Journeymen Electricians who are masters in their craft.
Arch Electric maintains a 1/1 ratio for Journeymen and Apprentices.
The Operator Apprenticeship is a 3-year program that also incorporates classroom instruction with hands on learning. For this, students partake in an annual 2-week class onsite in Madison, WI. Where they learn the basics of equipment operation, obtain safety certifications, and prepare for the hands-on training. This is followed by a 2-week hands on portion in Northern Wisconsin. Our Apprentices receive training in a cranberry bog, where they can get comfortable maneuvering and learning new machines.
Arch Electric is dedicated to the continued development of our teams. We do so, by providing apprenticeship opportunities to our employees who are interested in pursuing careers as Journeymen Electricians and Operators.
